The Student Accounting Department, under the Division of Student Affairs and Enrollment Services is located at 827 W. Franklin St. The department is responsible for the assessment, billing and collection of tuition, room, board and other university fees. The department also bills third party payers for VCU charges and issues refunds to eligible students.
