Annual Women's Leadership Conference

 

Join women from across the state as they courageously embark on this one-day journey toward HIGHER Ground. This year’s conference will provide you with a first class opportunity to acquire new skills and creative tools. Guided by The Grace E. Harris Leadership Institute, with presentations from regionally and nationally known workshop leaders, participants will explore the latest and innovative practices in leadership excellence. Whether this is the first step on your leadership journey or a return visit, you are sure
to reach new heights in both your
personal and professional lives.

 

The Annual HIGHER Ground Women's Leadership Conference provides high-quality education and networking opportunities for women. Our one day, multiple track format offers a self-directed, facilitated learning environment with education sessions and interactive forums. Continuing Education Units (CEU) are available for full participation in this event. Participants from across the commonwealth will take part in morning
concurrent sessions, followed by a keynote
address at lunch and concurrent workshops
in the afternoon. The conference is brought
to a close with an hour-long networking event.
