East End Partnership for Families

The East End Partnership for Families project was a collaboration involving staff of The Grace E. Harris Leadership Institute who worked to build leadership capacity among partner organizations and residents in the East End area of Richmond.

Growing out of Richmond’s work with the Annie E. Casey Foundation’s Children’s Mental Health Initiative in the early 1990s, the East End Partnership for Families was a group of human service agencies and community groups whose mission was “Working together to improve the lives of East End children and families — With Respect — With Equality — With Hope.”
