  • This form includes routine/annual events and requests.
  • No Wilder School event will include alcohol.
  • You are not authorized to contract with any vendor (hotels, restaurants etc.)
  • A list of people who attended the event must be given to Leslie Unger 24 hours after the event has taken place.
  • Authorization for travel must be submitted to Leslie Unger 2 weeks before the travel commences.
  • Don’t forget visiting candidates are only allowed 2 nights stay and only 1 card and 2 faculty may be reimbursed for any meal.
