Three Wilder School Faculty Members Receive PACME Awards

The Wilder School is pleased to congratulate Dr. Helen Ruth Aspaas, recipient of the 2009 Presidential Awards for Community Multicultural Enrichment (PACME) Humanities and Sciences Distinguished Teaching Award and the Riese-Melton Award. Two other members of the Wilder School community were recipients of PACME awards in 2008: Dr. Ann Creighton-Zollar also received the Distinguished Teaching Award, and Sara Duke received the student PACME award. The PACME Awards honor individuals who have made significant contributions toward enhancing VCU's commitment to diversity. This year the awards ceremony is being held on Wednesday, April 8, 2009 in the University Student Commons Richmond Salons.
