The Ph.D. Program announces the winning paper for the annual 2009 Grosenick Award
 
Bill Raftery, Ph.D. student in Public Policy & Administration has won the 2009 Grosenick Award for best paper written in a class this past year.  His paper. entitled The Shadow, The Trickster, The Administrator: an Application of Jungian Psychoanalytics to the Modern Administrative State is available here for download and review..
