Virginia’s Early Intervention Process

The Orientation to Part C Module was prepared as part of the scope of work of the Integrated Training Collaborative, which coordinates Virginia’s personnel development and training for early intervention providers who offer supports and services under Part C of the Individuals with Disabilities Education Act – early intervention services for infants and toddlers with developmental delays and disabilities and their families. The Infant & Toddler Connection of Virginia — through the Virginia Department of Mental Health, Mental Retardation, and Substance Abuse Services — has provided the funding support for the development and refinement of this curriculum.
