The DMHMRSAS Prevention Summits are trainings for the Substance Abuse Prevention Director of local Community Service Boards.

Please proceed with this registration form only if you received an email inviting you to attend one of these meetings or are the designated substitute for an individual who was invited to attend!

Inclement Weather Plan: The summit will be cancelled if the public school system in the given locality closes schools for the day.  Workshop cancellation can also be heard as early as reasonably possible and on the day of the workshop at 804-786-1411 (Hope Merrick) and 804-827-2610 (Michelle Schmitt).
