Inclement Weather Plan: A RFP Workshop will be cancelled and rescheduled if the public school system in the given locality closes schools for the day.  Workshop cancellation can be heard as early as reasonably possible and on the day of the workshop at 804-827-2610 (Michelle Schmitt).
