• **Quotes - Due to pricing and contract restrictions, the Supply Center cannot accept Quotes for "Items" listed on the Supply Center website.

Temperature Sensitive Items

As a general rule most temperature sensitive items are not returnable. End users may check with the sales representatives, whose contact information is located on our website, to see if exceptions can be made. Please notify the Supply Centers if an item is returned so that a credit can be issued to your account.

Room Temperature Products

Room temperature items may be returnable, but the end user will incur the following charges:

- Restock Fee (varies between companies but is generally 15-25% of sale price)
- Shipping and Handling Fees
- Possible Supply Center Restock Fee
